AIDS is an nfectious disease caused by HIV Virus. HIV 1/2 diagnostic reagents detect HIV1/2 antibody in whole blood/serum/plasma using highly specific antibody-antigen for reaction. If the sample to be tested contains HIV antibody, HIV antibodies react with gold-labeled antigens into complex Ab-Ag-Au under the effect of chromatography. The reactive coplex moves forward to the detecting area the nitrocellulose membrane and forms Ag-Ab-Ag-Au complex when is captured by antigens and finally form a red reactionnline in the detecting area. 

Technical characteristics

Warnings and precautions
1. Read directions for use carefully before performing this test. Pay attention to the position of the C and T line.

2. Do not use beyond the labeled expiration date.

3. The test device should remain in the sealed pouch until use. Do not use if pouch is damaged or opened.

4. Do not reuse the test devices. Discard it in the dustbin after single use.
